Virtual Job Search Mastermind Groups!

Here is how a Virtual Job Search Mastermind Group works:

• We select up to 8 people with relatively similar, but not competitive, job search goals to participate in a Group.
• Either I or one of my consultants will facilitate the Group.
• The format of the Group is tightly structured based on a highly effective Mastermind Formula.
• All members must agree to a strict level of confidentiality, which ensures that meetings are safe havens to openly share experiences and ask questions.
• Twice a month for up to 2 hours per session, the members of a Mastermind Group logon to a specific website and call a specific number to participate in a virtual meeting:
  
  
  • The website allows all members of the Group to view the facilitator’s computer screen.
  • The phone number allows everyone to participate in a conference call format.
    
• Each member of the Group is required to maintain a Job Search Stat Sheet on which the member records job search data that are the essential elements of a successful job search. This is what we use to hold you accountable for your performance.
• Each member of the Group receives a 15-minute period to do the following:
  
  
  • Offer any new resources that can benefit the Group.
  • Review his/her accomplishments listed on the Job Search Stat Sheet, which he/she emailed to the facilitator and is on the computer screen for everyone to see.
  • Note any particularly successful techniques that have worked as well as things that have backfired.
  • Mention any issues that he/she would like the Group to brainstorm ideas about.
• Group members are permitted to ask questions as directed by the facilitator.
• When brainstorming ideas, the Group will follow a highly structured creativity formula that is monitored by the facilitator.
• Once a Group member has found a job, he/she is eligible to leave the Group or stay and participate. If a member leaves the Group because of employment, we always like the member to call-in to a future session to give a summary of what he/she found to be the successful strategies for finding his/her new position.

You can think of a Virtual Job Search Mastermind Group as a Coaching Session with:

• An experienced job search consultant and
• Up to 9 other people who are focused on helping you get the job you want!

For now, Virtual Job Search Mastermind Groups are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 7:00PM to 9:00PM Eastern Time to allow for better participation from job seekers on the west coast. As an example, there are 2 Tuesday sessions each month:

• The 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month is Group 1.
• The 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month is Group 2.

Aside from your investment of time and energy, your financial investment in a Virtual Job Search Mastermind Group is $97.00 per month.

This fee is charged to your credit card every 30 days for participation in 2 Mastermind Sessions during that 30 day period. You can cancel at any time for any following 30 day period. However, there are no refunds or partial refunds for cancellations during a 30 day period.

Finally, you do not have to subscribe to any of our other services in order to be a member of a Virtual Job Search Mastermind Group. All you need is a sincere desire to participate fully as a Group member.
